Timing between 2pm-6pm 

If you request for timing outside the time range, we will engage Lalamove for your order and quote you accordingly.

We do not deliver to Jurong Island/Sentosa and Tuas 

For residential delivery, if you are not home, Driver will hang at gate or leave it outside your home. I will inform you if the bakes are left outside your house.

For shopping mall/hotel/offices to pick-up at lobby/pick-up point. Driver will call when he is on the way to the location. 

Driver will only wait maximum 10mins. After 10mins, re-delivery charges apply*

This does not apply to residential delivery.

FAQs

ALLERGENS/DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
- All our products may contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, dairy and other allergens, even if the description does not specify them as an ingredient as our kitchen processes these materials for certain bakes.

- Our products are made fresh therefore it is best consumed on the day the products are delivered. 

- We are muslim-owned, hence all of our products are using halal ingredients.

- Cheesecakes it can be kept in the fridge (not freezer) for up to 4 days. 

- Baklava Rings it can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 days in a tight container.

Please note that the quality or texture may be compromised after a day of storage.

- Salted Egg Chips can be kept for 3 days once open.

We will not be held liable for products stored under inappropriate conditions and/or kept beyond the suggested shelf life.
